Faculty, speakers and abstract authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest at the start of their presentation and within their submitted abstract.
Submitted work must comply with accepted ethical standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times, and identifiable patient information may not be disclosed without documented consent.
Plagiarism, data fabrication or duplicate submission are serious violations. Abstracts may be screened using plagiarism detection tools, and confirmed violations may result in disqualification.
Recording, photography or live streaming of conference material is only permitted with prior written authorization from the organizing committee. Intellectual property rights of presentations remain with the authors.
Entry to conference premises requires valid accreditation. Security protocols will be enforced in coordination with venue management.
Conference badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times. Badge sharing or misrepresentation of identity is strictly prohibited.

PSG Summit is committed to equitable participation regardless of gender, institutional affiliation or geographic representation.
A formally constituted committee oversees enforcement of these policies, investigates complaints, and issues decisions that are final within the scope of conference governance.
This policy framework may be amended by the organizing committee as required. All amendments will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
