Message from the Chairman Organizing Committee
Dear Colleagues and Friends, it is with immense honour that, on behalf of the Organising Committee, I welcome you to the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Pakistan Society of Gastroenterology, GI Endoscopy & Hepatology.
For decades, PSG — the country's oldest gastroenterology society — has played a pivotal role in advancing gastroenterology, endoscopy, and hepatology across Pakistan. Our legacy is built on excellence in patient care, education, and service, with an impact that reaches every corner of our nation.
This year's theme, "Innovation and Precision Medicine in Gastroenterology & Hepatology: Redefining Diagnosis and Therapy," reflects the remarkable transformation in our field. From advanced diagnostics to targeted therapeutics and personalized care, we are witnessing breakthroughs that are reshaping how we manage liver, GI, and pancreatic diseases.
The meeting will bring together leading national and international experts to share cutting-edge research, debate evolving guidelines, and discuss how precision medicine can be adapted to our local context. We have curated a dynamic scientific program featuring keynote lectures, hands-on endoscopy workshops, symposia, and dedicated platforms for young researchers to present their work.
Beyond the science, this meeting is about connection — reuniting our community, fostering collaboration, and inspiring the next generation of gastroenterologists and hepatologists. We look forward to your active participation and to welcoming you in March 2027 to what promises to be our most engaging and impactful annual meeting yet.
